We have accumulated many delicious recipes that will entice the palate and raise awareness of these local resources. Yavapai county has many varieties of edible plants that have sustained the wildlife, as well as the people for years. An afternoon of hiking and collecting these edible plants can lead to fun family time as we reunite ourselves with nature and explore these wonderful recipes.
